Remote support for the problems that stop a workday. If the computer, the account, or the printer has to be touched in person, we come to you anywhere in Southern California.

The everyday stop. Passwords, email, printers, Wi-Fi, browsers, and the program that worked yesterday.

The system behind it. Shared drives, VPN, line-of-business software, permissions, and a workstation that will not join the network.

The hard ones. Application failures, servers, firewalls, and problems that already survived the first two passes.
What the desk handles
- Remote assistance on the computer of the person who needs help
- Email, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, including mail that is not sending or a mailbox that is full
- New user setup and shutoff: accounts, email, and access
- Printers, scanners, and the label printers a restaurant or clinic actually uses
- Wi-Fi, VPN, and a first look at the network when nobody can connect
- Software installs and updates on systems we already look after
- A plain note of what failed and what was changed
- An on-site visit when remote support cannot see the hardware
How it starts

Help desk is for the issue in front of you. Managed IT is the monthly plan that looks after the systems, so fewer of those issues reach the desk. We work with small offices, professional firms, corporations, clinics, franchise businesses, and private homes. We respect our clients' privacy and do not publish their names.
