Welcome to Aptitude Technology, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including cybersecurity, IT Help Desk (remote), cloud computing, and any related websites, platforms, or communication channels (collectively, the "Services"). Our principal place of business is located at 8605 Santa Monica Blvd PMB 331698, West Hollywood, CA 90069. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, becoming a client, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and entities.

Aptitude Technology, LLC provides a comprehensive suite of technology solutions tailored to meet the needs of both commercial and residential clients. 4. Account Registration and Responsibilities
a. Account Creation
To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
b. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (e.g., username and password) and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@aptitude-technology.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Fees and Payment
a. Pricing
Certain Services (e.g., cloud computing subscriptions, cybersecurity packages, or IT Help Desk support plans) may require payment. Fees will be outlined in your Service Agreement or at the point of purchase. Specific terms, including pricing and payment schedules, may vary based on your individual Service Agreement.
b. Payment Terms
All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. If an invoice remains unpaid 7 days after issuance, a late fee of 2.5% of the total invoice amount may be applied. If an invoice remains unpaid after 14 days, an additional late fee of 3.5% of the total invoice amount may be applied. For invoices unpaid beyond 14 days, we reserve the right to apply interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance and may suspend Services until the account is paid in full.
c. Non-Readiness Fees
If you are not prepared for scheduled Services, non-readiness fees may apply, including:

You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner. Payments are non-refundable except as specified in a separate agreement or required by law.
e. Changes to Fees
We may adjust fees with reasonable notice, typically 30 days, as specified in your Service Agreement. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
6. Text Messaging Program
We offer optional text messaging for updates, alerts, or support notifications.
a. Offering
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us at (844-456-4256) by creating an account or becoming a client.
b. Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text from (844-456-4256). You may receive a final confirmation message after opting out.
c. Costs
Standard message and data rates may apply. We are not responsible for any charges incurred.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:

8. Intellectual Property
a. Our Rights

b. Your Content
You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to our cloud computing Services or share with our IT Help Desk. By providing such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it as necessary to deliver the Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aptitude Technology, its affiliates, and employees will not be liable for:

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Termination
a. By You
You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion by contacting us at privacy@aptitude-technology.com.
b. By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
c. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. We may retain certain data (e.g., cybersecurity logs) as required by law or our policies.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date revised. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
